Develop strong capability to handle impromptu discussions and Q&A sessions. Leverage the tools to handle Q&A to build personal brand and gravitas

Pre-work

Select a work-specific presentation or pitch deck, forward to facilitator in advance of the workshop, to allow for Question preparation. Also, complete online survey related to Q&A experience and comfort level with impromptu conversations

Number of Participants

Between 6 and 12 participants, to allow for break-out sessions to prepare responses to difficult and sensitive questions

Ideal for whom

Ideal for any individual involved in external or internal presenting engagement, regardless of level in organization. However, preferable to group participants within broadly similar levels of seniority
