All participants will respond to a pre-session on-line survey, to allow findings to be added to the session and hone the focus 

Part 1 of the training can be a larger group, up to 12 participants, to allow sharing of experiences

Ideal for any individual involved in external or internal presenting, regardless of level in organization. However, preferable to group participants within broadly similar levels of seniority
