Understand and apply the tools of persuasion and influencing, towards those who are not direct reports; includes influencing those above, below and peer levels
Pre-work
Pre-read two short case studies that are used in break-out sessions. Complete an online survey related to influence and persuasion, its impact and how to overturn negative impressions
Number of Participants
Between 6 and 12 participants, to allow for case study based role playing and simulation in break-out sessions
Ideal for whom
Ideal for any individual responsible for stakeholder management & communicationns, regardless of level in organization. However, preferable to group participants within broadly similar levels of seniority
