Interest-based negotiations as a tool for conflict resolution

Understand the sources of workplace conflict; identify the 5 ways to deal with it; understand and apply the principles of Collaborative Problem Solving as a win-win solution
Pre-work
20 min online survey to assess participants experience of work place conflict, its impact, possible resolution and problem solving approaches
Number of Participants
Between 6 and 12 participants, to allow for break-out case study negotiations in small groups
