Background:

Paul is a globally renowned Executive Advisor and Business Mentor, with over 7 years of experience in developing Leaders and their teams, as well as 17 years as a C.E.O. and Managing Director. His clients include many blue-chip corporates in Asia, the US, Europe and Ireland. Paul combines both his extensive leadership experience running businesses as well as being a Trusted Advisor for Executive Search, Business Mentoring, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning and soft-skills training.

Prior to becoming a full time Executive Coach and Business Mentor, Paul had led multiple businesses around the globe. Having been Chief Executive Officer and a C-Suite leader for 4 businesses (Strix Ltd, Harvard Technology ltd, Aquila Healthcare and Irema Ireland), he understands both sides of the Client – Advisor relationship. His experience and understanding of the needs and expectations of Leaders and their teams underpins his Advisory and mentoring practice. Paul is often hired by Chairperson’s and the Board (i.e. the Swire Group, CVC Capital Partners, Cleary Gottlieb law practice, etc.) to guide C Suite leaders to focus on their strategic priorities and increase their ability to effectively lead and influence their teams, peers and external stakeholders.
